How To Register a New Patient

To register a new patient in the EnvisionNext platform, follow these steps:

Click on the Patients[1] -> New Registration[2] tab in the main menu.

After clicking, you should see a new page where you can fill in the required patient details. There are four sections of information you have to fill in during patient registration.

The Sections are

1. Patient Information
2. Additional
3. Emergency Contact
4. Patient Allergy

After filling in all the required information, finish the patient registration by clicking on the Save button. Then, a new patient will be added to the system.
